AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR IN LAS VEGAS NEVADA

I have used Legacy Air many years ago for duct cleaning and was happy with my service. Many years later, another home, I did not hesitate to phone Legacy Air.

The service is expensive, but I was looking at a home that had not had the ducts cleaned in 25 years. So for piece of mind and clean air, I called up Legacy Air again. Parris & DeJon were on time, courteous, respectful of my home and knowledgeable of all my HVAC inquiries about duct cleaning.

Happy with Legacy and the work they did. Sometimes it is not all about the cheapest price....it is the quality of care while in my home as well.

Great service. These guys took care of a bunch of shady work down by another contractor. Legacy showed up on time and went to work fast. They educated me on why I wasn’t seeing the efficiency of my newer unit and how that could be taken care of. They did the work quickly and professionally.

I called Legacy because of the coupon I received in the mail and also because I felt I was being ripped off from the company I purchased the unit from. As it turns out they were, now I have to do a lot of work I wouldn't had to do now. Rick was SO thorough and explained every step. He is very personable, helpful and I will deal with him in the future. I highly recommend this company and with Rick's knowledge and expertise I feel I'm in good hands. Had I not called him out I wouldn't have found out that my water heater was ready to blow. A blessing in disguise I guess. Rick was awesome. I had several technicians over for air, electrical and plumbing. Rick has gone over and above as well as Beni and Reymark were awesome too. This is a top notch company that genuinely loves their customers and makes you feel important.
Yesterday I had a plumber come out and Fernando was very nice. Again company wanted another huge bill which is an impossibility for me after that last few days. He thought maybe the part on top of the p trap was stuck open so he went for the part to see if that resolved the problem. Unfortunately it is better but they said the next step was hydro jetting to clean out the pipe and then all the way out to the street. I cannot afford to do that so unfortunately I have to put up smelling the sewer for a long time. I'm so disappointed not in the technician but how expensive everything is, making it impossible to take care of it.

Today 6/ 16 Jose came out to ck my hot water heater noise, very nice guy and very personable. Found out the noise is normal for the tankless water heater.
October 07 2025 I had an electrical check was done and Marcutio J came out. Very nice gentleman, explained everything in detail, very personable and came right on time. I would recommend requesting him for your electrical needs.

Rick came out to do a tune-up on my A/C unit he was very knowledgeable and professional. Due to the age of the unit and other issues we had to replace our unit.

Benjamin and Shane came out the next morning did a top notch job. They were very courteous and respectful of our space and time. I would trust them with any repairs in the future.

Legacy has assisted us a few times now. Their work is always efficient and they are really good at working with any needs you have. Fernando was our latest technician and he went above and beyond with his work ethic, abilities, and friendliness. He communicated everything very clearly and fixed the plumbing issue perfectly.

Omar did a great job checking my A/C unit and the duct work. He also found some water damage from the roof that I didn't know about. Omar was a second opinion, I had another company come out to check the system and inspection was not as through and I paid them. Omar was free. If you have a A/C, heating problem think about Omar and Legacy.🙂
