The Legacy Tech was great however their scheduling department was TERRIBLE. They don’t know how to hold their appointments and when you call to find out what’s going on they give you the common answer that they were short handed on that day. Then when they reschedule the appointment they don’t show for that appointment either. They blew it with 4 scheduled appointments

Rich did not have the materials to fix the leak in the blower with him, but he taped it well enough for a temporary fix. The office will call Monday to make the appointment the fix it properly. Very nice man.

Grant let me know he was running late, and rhen called again when he was on his way. Very polite and personable. Explained everything and advised he would call us when circuit board was in. Very pleasant experience.

I've been using Legacy Air for over 10 years, and I'm never disappointed with the service. Today Tim spent the better part of the day troubleshooting an AC problem and making sure every element of the system was working correctly. He took the time to explain what he found and gave suggesstions on how to maximize my AC unit's efficiency. Thank you to Tim and Legacy air for keeping our family cool in July!

I made an appointment July 9, Wednesday for between 2 PM and 5 PM. I received a phone call from legacies‘s office to see if they could come earlier and of course I said yes Ivan came to my door, shook my hand and introduced himself to me and went straight to work. He was very pleasant. He did a great job cleaning and checking all of my vents as well as the unit itself, I highly recommend Ivan. He did a super job and I definitely will go with legacy again for my next tuneup for my heater and hopefully I will get Ivan again. Thank you for a great service and thank you Ivan!

Gary really helped us out with our ac.
He made sure to understand and isolate the problem, turned out to be two problems, line leak and electrical hookup. Fixed both, and then took the time to be sure both were actually fixed.
The upcoming weekend is gonna be a hot one so we really apprecite his help.
