Dee arrived on time and was great! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He originally arrived to install a home surge protector, but after doing a complete inspection of the breaker box, he noticed some issues. He then explained the importance of the breakers and why it needed to be up to code so they could work safely and effectively. He noticed the breakers in our box were not used anymore since that particular brand had proven ineffective and dangerous over time, so he recommended a complete panel rejuvenation with newer, safer breakers. After getting my approval, he rejuvenated the entire box, replacing the parts that were obsolete and unsafe, rewired and cleaned and organized everything. Although the repairs were pricey, my wife and I agreed it best to have the work completed properly and warranted by Legacy since they are solid and reputable. Thank you, Dee and Legacy for all you do for us!
