Nate Tiffany, General Manager and U.S. Army Veteran

Legacy has grown a lot over the years, and the person keeping that growth pointed in the right direction is Nate Tiffany. He came to us after a full career in the Army, and he brings a pretty simple philosophy to the job: do the work right, tell people the truth, and the rest takes care of itself.
From Special Forces to Legacy
Nate Tiffany retired from the U.S. Army after 25 years in Special Forces, where he spent his career leading and training soldiers. He now serves as General Manager at Legacy.

It’s not the background most people expect from someone running an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company. But the habits transfer well. You maintain equipment before you need it rather than after it fails. You tell people the truth about what you’re looking at. And you hold a standard whether or not anyone is watching.
What That Looks Like Day to Day
Nate leads Legacy’s teams across Las Vegas and Reno, and what he asks of them is straightforward. Show up when you said you would. Explain what’s actually wrong in plain terms. Give the price before the work starts. Do the job well enough that it doesn’t need doing again next season.
Carrying The Name Forward

We chose the name Legacy because that’s what gets left behind after the truck pulls away and Nate takes that seriously. What he’s building is a team people call back. Not because of a promotion or a coupon, but because the last technician was straight with them and the work held up. That’s always been our standard and it doesn’t change depending on who’s watching or how big the job is.
