I booked Legacy Air to run Cat 5 cables to hardwire my house and overall had a great experience. For the cable running part of the job, I worked with MJ and Dee. They worked great as a team. It's not the easiest to run cabling in a house on multi levels without having to drill on the outside to make it work. I really didn't want any unnecessary drilling or extra fixtures on the outside of my home so they reassured me that won't be happening. In the end, they ran 5 cat5 lines only making 5 holes in our downstairs closet, living room, and second floor loft. They really listened to my needs and did a really great job, shout out to MJ and Dee!
Afterwards, we needed to book the dry wall company to patch up the holes. We were scheduled for Aug 15th at 11am via text message directly from Legacy and on the 14th, I called Legacy directly to confirm. Unfortunately, the text message was deleted on their end and asked us if we could reschedule it to sometime in September. I immediately asked if they can honor our original scheduled date and even showed them proof of my original message. Their booking manager Nicole was out of the office so she had to call me back the next day. She called back first thing in the morning and honored our original date for drywall, she used another partner to make sure we were taken care of. She totally turned our experience around and it really meant a lot to me and my wife. Since it was an error on their end, it was the least they could do in my opinion and they totally delivered, thank you again for making this right, Nicole.
And next, the dry wall repair. I sadly forgot the guys names but they were the best part of the service if you want my honest opinion! They were professional, on time, and super efficient. From the start, they jumped into action and lined their entire workspace with plastic wrap to ensure our home stayed clean at all times. From that point on, they were able to patch 5 holes in a couple hours. The only delay was having to pick up matching paint from the store but that only took 30 minutes. All in all, they were finished within 4 hours! It was such a great experience and they wrapped up the entire project in the best way, making everything look just the way it did before we got any work done. Check out the results, it's amazing. Finally, lets go over price and payment. They were a touch flexible on price so that was helpful and they offered a 12 month financing plan that allows you to pay it off within a year with zero interest. The APR only kicks in if there's any balance left over, it's through Wells Fargo and I've already started making payments. Just make sure you ask all those questions during the quoting phase.
I would recommend Legacy Air! And this wasn't even a reference, I found them on Google, among 4-5 other businesses that gave me quotes as well. I just had a gut feeling that they would be better than the other companies, and I am glad I went with them.

Ok. Genuine 5 stars. The tech Zach was great. On time, professional and wore the little booties. Very pleasant. Knew his stuff and cleaned up after he was done. Pricing was on point and my system is in good shape. Ill use them for my tune ups and eventual replacement…hopefully in 5 years or more.
Rich, was outstanding, we are getting our A.C and furnace replaced and Rich took us through the process step by step. Rich let us know what set of appliances would work best for the square footage of our home and what would work best. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Thank you rich. I highly recommend legacy heating, cooling.

Legacy is in line with top professional service providers. Appointment was communicated and adhered to with a technician that was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We became members because of the extensive services provided that are not just HVAC. Hoping that we don't need their services, but feel confident in their coverage if we do.

Justin Wells came to my home after I called Legacy the day before with a/c problems. He worked me in his schedule while he was in my neighborhood. He text me ahead of time and said he had a cancelation and came right over. He was very quick and very well trained. He came up with my problem in minutes and I was repaired within an hour of his arrival. it was a 96 degree day and I cannot tell you how happy my family and I were that the a/c was fixed and blowing cold air again. Thomas came out to inspect the installation of our beautiful new unit and I was blown away by how knowledgeable, respectful and courteous he was. Usually people don't like when you hover and ask a bunch of questions while they work but he was so incredibly thorough, he didn't mind one bit answering all of my questions and walking me through everything he was doing. Thomas took his time and was extremely confident and detailed in his work. It can be scary spend that much money on something you don't know too much about but I definitely felt really good and secure about my purchase from Legacy by the time Thomas was done with his inspection. They truly care about their customers like family and I highly recommend using them.

Hello Viewers, after my first review, I was surprised that next morning at 7:18am I received call from the management of this company and asked me about last evening incident. I explained them. They apologized and promised me that will resolve my problem as quick as possible. Guess what in next five minutes I got a message from the company that the Technician is on the way. And right after 3 minutes Miss Lisa called me that company sent a Technician from Vegas, he will be in Laughlin soon.
Technician Mr. Darmon Lee arrived my property and after couple of hours he fixed the electrical issue and my business is back in service.
Mr Darmon Lee is an amazing, hard worker and knowledgeable Person & Technician. I must say he is an asset of the company.
Here I must thanks to the Management for their quick response and looking after the customers complaints.
Now I am giving 5 stars to the Management and Technician Darmon Lee.
And hope the customer service and the Dispatcher of this company learn from the management. How to take care and response the emergency calls.

The worst service I ever seen. This company is amazing, looks like Management never check what’s going on in their absence…customer service sent the detail to dispatchers and they never respond to the customer hours n hours. Same thing happened with me. Today I called at 5:30pm for an emergency service fdue to electrical issue in my restaurant. After one hour I called again and customer service said they are forwarding to the dispatcher…. I wait then my partner called the same answer we received… after that I called again at 8:35pm.. the funny thing is that they repeatedly said the same words.. and now it’s 9:35pm. No response yet..finally I closed the restaurant for tonight..
It’s not a complaint, just passed on my exp
So please make sure whenever, you call this company for an emergency be prepared for no response from dispatchers.
Technician Mr. Darmon Lee arrived my property and after couple of hours he fixed the electrical issue and my business is back in service.
