He listened in detail to my concerns, then walked me through his trouble shooting process. He showed and explained to me in detail what he found which was a great learning experience for me.

Rick W. is a knowledgeable professional that knows his trade. I asked him if I could follow him around as he looked over the ac units. On both the outside condensers Rick explained what he found and the same with the air handler (evaporator coil, furnace and blowers). Upon thorough inspection he put together 5 options for us to review and he patiently went through all 5. Finally, we agreed to a plan that was beneficial for my family and home. It's great to know there are still honest and fair people in business. We plan to be repeat customers with Legacy in the future!
