Had a technician named MJ come out today, and not only did he find the problem fast, but he got the job done fast and professionally. He cleaned up after himself and even double-checked everything. He walked me through what he was going to do and showed exactly what he did before buttoning it up. The company had a technician at my door in less than 24 hours and completed the job in a timely manner.

Legacy air conditioning deserves five stars! Nick, Pablo and Miguel did a top-notch job installing the new air conditioning system. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, they were professional and attentive. They ensured the new system's operation was understood and addressed any concerns. The installation was seamless.

Within 2 hours of calling Legacy Air, technician Eliseo showed up as scheduled! He communicated well by explaining all the options for my obsolete R22 system. I also spoke to Curtiss on the phone and he provided the details of the financing. I believe Legacy is an honest business that does quality work. Beni was on time for the appointment. He determined the problem immediately and recommended that my garden light box be replaced. Since I recently retired, this was an unexpected expense for me. He suggested the Legacy's promotion pay over 12 months without interest which is a significant help. He replaced the box at this appointment and therefore I did not need to set up another appointment for the repair. Beni does a good job and takes pride in his work. Legacy, as a company, has been very responsive to my calls.
