We guarantee our team will be courteous and professional in your home. If a member of our team uses tobacco or inappropriate language, or is not professional to your satisfaction, we will reimburse you $250 for the inconvenience.

We guarantee that the system we have installed in your home will heat and cool your home within 2 degrees of the designed temperature on as hot as 90  degree day and cold as a 30 degree day for the first 5 years.

We guarantee that in the event we do not have your new system started by the date promised, we will  pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

We guarantee that any damage or mess caused by our team will be professionally repaired, cleaned, or replaced at our cost.

We guarantee, unless stated in writing on the agreement, there will be no change orders to the project we agreed upon.

We guarantee that if for any reason within the first year of your installation, you are not satisfied with your new system and we can’t make it right, then we will remove it and return 100% of your financial investment.

We guarantee that if your compressor or your heat exchanger fails more than once in the 5 years after installation, we will install a BRAND-NEW condensing unit or furnace and give you a new 5-Year No Lemon Guarantee.

We guarantee that if your new system breaks down during the first year and leaves you without heating or cooling, we will be there within 24 hours or we will pay you $500 for the inconvenience.

We guarantee that your home will save a minimum of 20% on your heating and cooling costs or we will refund you double the difference on your potential savings not realized during the first year.

We guarantee that if you find an apples-to-apples system replacement for less than the price we charged within 14 days of your install, we will pay the difference plus $100.
